You will work alongside a high-performing construction team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of projects within your portfolio across the Upper South Island.
Reporting to the Construction Manager your day to day will include the following: Providing leadership and management to achieve targets Promoting a Zero Harm environment, ensuring H & S policies and procedures are followed Overseeing the allocation of people, plant, technology and resources to achieve outcomes Develop and improve systems and processes Assist in development and implementation of procurement strategies Nga pukenga matua | Important Skills This is a fantastic role that will suit someone who is outcome-focused, enjoys a challenge, and is able to take initiative whilst building great relationships with our team and clients.
