Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of project objectives. Your role will involve managing project teams, facilitating change requests, resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication across all levels.Key Responsibilities Include:- Developing and executing project work plans and budgets- Managing day-to-day project operations to ensure milestones are met- Liaising with stakeholders and ensuring seamless project execution- Leading recruitment, coordination, and performance of project teams- Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure project success- Implementing quality control measures and resolving project issues- Chairing project meetings and preparing detailed reports- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across projectsTo excel in this role, you'll need strong leadership skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to maintaining high health and safety standards.
