We're after a Project Manager to join our team and help lead and mentor our operational and supervisory crews. As Project Manager you will provide leadership and direction across the construction project team which include Engineers, Supervisors, Forepersons, Administration and Sub-contracting staff, providing the link between the frontline workforce, our customers, and the communities we live in.
Day to day you will be involved in:
Managing project budgets and financial project reporting Managing resources including staff, plant, suppliers, subcontractors, and materials Supporting and mentoring the project team Ensuring commitment to zero harm, HSE and environmental compliance Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with staff, customers, stakeholders Nga pukenga matua | Important Skills You will be an experienced Project Manager; you'll know and understand the construction industry and all the challenges and opportunities that it brings. You'll couple this with:
