About the Role We are looking for a Full Time Project Manager to join our busy Christchurch Branch. The hours for this role are 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday with some rostered Saturdays. To be successful in this dynamic and busy role, you will need to have the following attributes and skills: The ability to quickly build rapport with our diverse customer base Be reliable, sensible, and self-motivated as this busy role is varied in terms of the workload, responsibilities, and tasks You will always put the customer first when making your decision You will have product knowledge or industry experience in the plumbing sector. You'll need to be confident on the phone as you'll be responsible for following up quotes, orders, and sales enquiries in a timely manner. You'll have a passion for sales and exceptional customer service, supporting the business to hit targets The ability to multi-task and prioritise workload Strong computer skills are a must in this role Each day you'll be responsible for: Quoting to the customer base, ensuring that customers receive the very best of service Supporting our sales team in securing new projects Quoting, ordering, and invoicing out stock Constantly communicating with customers and suppliers about orders, and lead times Managing supply for larger products, ensuring goods arrive on time and in full Passing on technical advice and supporting our customers in the field What We Provide: Southern Cross Regular Care plan EAP program for our team members, their partner, and dependent children Years of industry knowledge and on-the-job training Does this sound like you?
