Ngai Tahu Holdings (NTH) is seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Project Manager to lead the strategic upgrade of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) ERP system from an on-premises setup to a full cloud solution. This pivotal role will shape the future of our organisation, ensuring a seamless transition that enhances efficiency and maximizes the benefits of cloud technology across the Ngai Tahu group.
Proven experience in managing ERP upgrades, particularly transitioning Microsoft Business Central to a cloud solution.Strong project management skills with a focus on stakeholder management and risk mitigation.Experience in customer service and supporting system users.Exceptional time and project management skills with attention to detail.Customer-focused with excellent collaboration and communication skills.Versatile, adaptable, and passionate about learning and growth.Strong relationship management and critical thinking skills.A relevant tertiary qualification in commerce, business or technology would be an advantage but is not required.Minimum one year of experience in providing technical support and customer service with business-critical systems.Strong analytical skills and detail oriented with a history of effectively solving complex problems.Experience providing customer service both in person and remote support to systems users.Moderate Microsoft Excel skills and moderate other Microsoft application skills (Word, PowerPoint).Experience providing business support, training, and problem resolution both in person and remotely.An openness to embrace the values and aspirations of Ngai Tahuwhanuiand interest to grow your cultural understanding in te ao MaoriNgai Tahu Holdings (NTH) is the wholly owned investment company of Te Runanga o Ngai Tahu and is responsible for the expert and prudent capital management of the commercial activities for Ngai Tahu across its Business Units with significant interests in commercial property, development property, farming, seafood, honey, and tourism. Ultimately, this role will contribute to our mandate in growing and protecting the tribal putea for Ngai Tahu Whanui, "Mo tatou, a, mo ka uri a muri ake nei (for us and our children after us).
