The role: We have an exciting opportunity for an individual experienced in the electrical distribution industry to join us as a Project Manager in Cromwell.
Reporting to the Planning Manager, the role is primarily associated with substation maintenance planning, and protection and communications upgrade projects.
The purpose and expectations are to generate and review appropriate electrical network designs, review and prepare commercial offers and manage a variety of projects or jobs, primarily in the reactive space, in accordance with client expectations and standards.
About you: Well-developed strategic, analytical and future focused thinking Ability to articulate concepts and ideas, and execute effectively Ability to identify areas of quality improvement and contribute to the continuous improvement of operations, processes and strategies Self-starter who is achievement orientated with excellent organization skills Team player.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills What you need to succeed: 5+ Years of experience in the Electrical Distribution Industry Project management experience in the Electrical Distribution Industry or holds Project Management qualification/s Knowledge of pricing and estimating Commercial and contractual knowledge Application and knowledge of Electrical Network Design Standards Computer literate and proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
About the role: This is a full-time, permanent role working a minimum of 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000/annum (gross) - dependent upon experience This role is based in Cromwell, Central Otago, South Island of New Zealand.
