Applicants are expected to have a minimum of 6 years' experience in commercial builds for a contractor and have a dynamic, intelligent, and eager attitude. With a strong forward workload, this is the ideal time to join a company with an excellent reputation and strong team culture.
You will have site managers reporting to you and you in turn will report to the Construction Director on a regular basis. You will be the coordinator who makes sure projects are going according to plan and if they are not, identifying issues and resolving them with maximum efficiency and minimum project impact.
This role is ideally suited to a Project Manager who is keen to progress their career, or a Site Manager who wants to move up. Applications are sought from candidates who can demonstrate highly effective organisational and communication skills and previous career experience in the commercial construction sector.
