We are experiencing significant growth and with this comes the need for a new team player. We are seeking a Super Star – Project Manager that is friendly, positive, hardworking, comes with proven industry skills and knowledge and puts their clients first.
Key responsibilities:
Ensure construction runs to schedule and milestones met on time.
Organize trades and material deliveries.
Ensure all works are carried out to a high standard, according to plans and specifications.
Ensure all works are carried out to NZ Building Code.
Organize Council Inspections.
Conduct site safety inspections and review trades onsite safety policies.
Ideal person:
Be proactive and goal driven.
Love working with people and be a team player.
Be willing to go the extra mile for their clients.
Be confident and well spoken.
Ability to work to tight deadlines and to a schedule.
Can confidently interpret construction plans and specifications.
Skills and experience:
Building Trade Qualifications (LBP Preferred).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and including listening skills.
A driver's license.
High computer skills and ability to work to established systems and procedures.
