As a Project Manager at Pinnacles Civil, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the landscape of tomorrow. From conception to completion, you'll have the opportunity to bring innovative ideas to life and make a tangible difference in our world.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to lead and oversee all aspects of civil infrastructure projects, from tendering and estimating to planning, construction supervision, and stakeholder/client liaison. You'll also flexibly take on various key roles such as Project Manager, Contract Manager, Engineer's Representative, and more as required, ensuring seamless project execution. Prioritizing safety and compliance, you'll maintain a safe and healthy work environment while supporting the achievement of annual business objectives. Additionally, you'll play a vital role in continuously enhancing project management practices and providing guidance and mentorship to Project Managers and Cadets through on-the-job training.
What you bring: Relevant Tertiary Qualification 4-6 years' experience in Civil Engineering Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven expertise in Civil Engineering and Project Management Demonstrated competence in planning, organising work schedules, and delivering projects on time Proficiency in Health, Safety, and Environmental practices Independent operation and confident interaction, negotiation, and influence with various internal and external stakeholders Proficiency in MS Office Together, let's build more than just infrastructure - let's build a legacy.
