Reporting to the Head of Member Association (MA) Services, this role focuses on enhancing capacity and improving efficiency in football management and corporate governance within our MAs.This position is a fixed-term contract lasting two and a half years, starting in mid-January 2025.Join us, in our Auckland location, as our Project Manager!Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management: Lead and manage Capacity Building programmes and activities aligned with MA Services key results and OFC strategy.Lead, develop, implement, and monitor MA Services capacity-building programmes for MAs in collaboration with the HOD, through e-learning support and activities, including, but not limited to, GS Executive Programme, Football Management Certificate and Diploma, Strategy and Planning support, and Corporate Management Framework.Manage, in collaboration with the HOD, partners, and experts, team delivering MA Services Capacity Building programmes and activities.Customer Focus: Ensure a client-centric approach in all operations.Monitoring and Evaluation: Implement monitoring and evaluation to assess programme impact.Reporting: Prepare analyses and presentations to OFC senior management and leadership.Training support: Train OFC staff in capacity-building programmes.Learning Innovation: Develop engaging physical and digital learning solutions.Platform Management: Oversee daily operations of the OFC Learn platform.Foster teamwork and cooperation within the team.Coach, mentor, and motivate others to achieve OFC's vision and goals.Create an inclusive and positive team environment, encouraging constructive feedback and personal development.ComplianceEnsure compliance with OFC regulatory frameworks and policies, maintaining robust controls over all MA Services activities.Core CompetenciesA relevant bachelor's degree level qualification or the equivalent (5 years) relevant experience.Demonstrated experience in project management, including the management of consultants.Proven and sufficient experience in developing, managing, and monitoring capacity building programmes in football management and/or corporate management.Proven and sufficient experience in developing educational or capacity-building content.Proven and sufficient experience in sports management or football management.Proven relationship management experience, including the ability to establish effective working relationships at all levels of an organisation and externally.Experience in building reports and working with supporting subject matters experts and stakeholders.Effective planning and organising skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in the preparation of reports.Critical analytical thinking.Discover the perks of joining OFC in this key fixed-term positionAn annual salary of between $95,000 and $100,000.Working hours usually being 40 hours each week, within a minimum of 30 hours each week.We offer all our permanent employees the flexibility of a hybrid working model, allowing you to work from home 2 days per week.
