This specialist kiwi-owned consultancy is looking for a Project Manager to join them at the heart of their project delivery team across commercial fit-out projects in Auckland in early 2025.They are enthusiastic front runners with continued ongoing success over the past 20 years and a healthy pipeline of work lined up for 2023. They provide quality results with a tailored, personal approach and have strong relationships formed with both local and global clients, as well as government sector organisations.This role will see you delivering seamless end-to-end project management services across commercial fit-out projects.You will be working alongside a dynamic and innovative team of in-house architects and interior designers, collaborating to deliver creative, state-of-the-art projects for a broad range of respective clients.You will need to:Ensure completion of the project in a timely manner and within the budgetary limits.Manage resources in conjunction with managers.Maintain, manage and document all project reports and statements.Client management – effectively work with team and managers to ensure relevant communication with the client is done.Understand cost-to-completion projections and assist in making decisions accordingly.Requirements:Degree qualified – architecture, construction management, building science or carpentry.4+ years experience working in a consultancy or client representative fit-out project management role.Able to demonstrate project delivery ideally in interior fit-outs across a variety of asset classes.Excellent verbal and written communication skills dealing with the demands of the client while working with designers and contractors on-site.Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.This is a unique opportunity for a 2025 projected start if you value a dynamic supportive work culture, have a passion for delivering high-end commercial fit-out projects and want to be part of an industry-leading brand.Please apply now or email ****** for further information.
