Project Manager

One of New Zealand's largest leading organizations is expanding rapidly and looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead multiple exciting commercial projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Overseeing the full cycle of various exciting high-rise projects
Ensuring project financials and timelines are met
Reviewing project specifications and plans
Creating and managing programs and schedules
Ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to
Building and maintaining healthy working relationships with key stakeholders
Minimum Requirements:
3-5 years of experience
Vertical (Commercial) experience required
Right to work in NZ
