About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join this thriving team. In this role, you'll oversee projects from initiation to completion while fostering strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. Your focus will be on delivering successful outcomes for commercial projects, including fit-outs and infrastructure upgrades.
Key Responsibilities :
Regularly visit project sites to ensure work is completed to a high standard.
Provide technical guidance to site staff and stakeholders.
Proactively manage project scope changes, address potential issues early, and develop contingency plans.
Monitor budgets and timelines, reviewing the financial status of projects consistently.
Ensure HVAC equipment is commissioned to industry best practice standards.
Prepare and issue Health & Safety documentation.
Initiate warranty and maintenance programs.
Collaborate with builders, suppliers, and clients to maintain smooth project delivery.
About You
We're looking for someone who brings:
A minimum of 3 years of local, hands-on experience in project management or HVAC commissioning.
A relevant trade qualification or degree, ideally in Mechanical Plumbing or Project Management.
Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and installations.
A proven track record of leading and engaging teams effectively.
Strong skills in reading and interpreting construction documents (drawings, specifications, and schedules).
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
