What you'll be responsible for
About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects within our Operations & Maintenance business units. You'll manage projects from initiation through to closure, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of project delivery across water/wastewater infrastructure projects
Prepare project proposals, tender submissions, and internal approval documentation
Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers
Monitor budgets and track project progress using Earned Value Analysis
Contribute to business development efforts and identify growth opportunities
What you'll need to be successful
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mechanical or process preferred)
Significant experience in water/wastewater project environments
Proven track record in design, construction, and project management
Familiarity with project delivery models (PMI, Prince2, or Agile)
Experience managing projects
Strong knowledge of water/wastewater treatment and reticulation infrastructure
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Current driver's license
