Responsibilities: • Project Delivery Focus: Ensure projects are on time and within budget.
• Coordination Expert: Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers for seamless design coordination.
• Planning Precision: Develop and update project programs, overseeing construction operations to meet deadlines.
• Resourceful Planning: Determine required resources from start to finish while keeping an eye on budgetary limits.
•Progress Reporting: Evaluate project progress, prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, and address potential issues proactively.
• Contractual Adherence: Understand and follow contractual obligations for compliance.
• Resource Allocation: Efficiently manage resources, handle on-site procurement, and negotiate contracts with subcontractors.
• Financial & QA Focus: Contribute to developing efficient installation methods, meeting financial and program targets while ensuring meticulous upkeep of Quality Assurance (QA) documentation.
