Project Manager- Environment

Our client is dedicated to reducing carbon emissions in New Zealand through innovative research projects.
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Junior Project Manager to join their team and hit the ground running.
You will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of projects aimed at making a significant impact on the environment.
Prior experience as Project Manager, and in the environmental space is required for this role.
This is a non-for profit, so it's not about the money, it's about using your skills and experience to make a difference to New Zealand.
You will have a huge passion for p rotecting and revitalising our mountains & rivers, biodiversity, climate and economy.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the delivery of research projects focused on carbon reduction, but also other environmental issues Coordinate with team members and external government stakeholders to ensure project goals are met Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed Identifying risks, and solving complex problems Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Prepare and present project reports and updates Qualifications: Desirable background in environmental studies or related field (preferred)  Excellent communication and able to build robust relationships Ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for environmental sustainability and making a difference If you are interested, please send your CV to Michelle Thomas quoting MT6266.
