We are looking for a full-time Project Manager Leader / Project Manager.ResponsibilityAs Project Manager Leader:Manage and mentor PMs within the teamLead the planning of goals, budget, resources and overall schedule for all the projects in a programDefine program governance structure and communication planCoordinate cross-project demands within the team and manage interdependenciesManage at least 1 project within the team to lead the quality example of project deliveryClosely monitor all projects within the team for quality assurance and key milestonesAct as the first escalation point for project managersAs Project Manager:Lead the complete project life cycle from kick off to handoverAct as the main point of contact for ALL aspects during project deliveryAlign project scope, schedule and resource planning with sales and other functional teamsCreate and own project communication plans (internal & external)Motivate project team and facilitate on-time delivery of project team's deliverablesWork at least 50% onsite during installation and testing phasesPlan project budget and manage project marginActively manage project finance including invoicing, milestone payments, freight, travel expenses, change orders and contractor paymentsControl project scope and manage scope change process with clientRequired Skill And CapabilityBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Robotic Automation, IT, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.At least 5 years of project management experience. Knowledge of warehouse management, logistics solutions, 3PL, automation, or related fields.Business fluency in English, other European language is a plusExcellent communication and presentation skillsProficiency in AutoCAD, WMS, or other IT infrastructureAccept business travel frequently across EMEA region (up to 60-80% of the time)Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsHave a sense of responsibility, work conscientiously and responsiblyOutstanding resilience, capable of maintaining composure in fast-paced work environmentsAbility to prioritize multiple complex situations to deliver successful resultsStrong and effective skills in problem solvingPlease send your CV to Mr. Zongwei Hu, Email: ****** more information about our company, please visit our website: www.geekplus.com
