Project Manager/ Eeca Assessor

We have and Project Manager / EECA Sales Assessor role available in Taradale.Please respond via e-mail or phone.Seeking a Project Manager/ Assessor to join our team in Taradale for 40 hours a week.We are an Insulation Company in Hawkes Bay, and we are on the look out for a Project Manager /Assessor . This is a fast past role and requires self-discipline. Each day is different. You will need to be a quick learner with an eye for detail. Experience with Salesforce, Fergus, would be an advantage, but not necessity. You will be required to quote, deal with customers and staff, see jobs through from quoting stage to completion, reporting and maintaining spreadsheets and keeping Salesforce up to date.What you will do:Assess potential projects and quoting through Fergus and salesforce.Produce and update all project documentation in salesforce.Manage communication and relationships with clients and suppliers.Scheduling and allocation of projects.Manage and deliver projects on time and on budget.Manage the install team.Sign off completed projects.Regular site visits and reporting.Liaise between client, staff, and management.Skills and knowledge:Knowledge of project management and sales.Effectively managing time.The ability to identify and reduce risks and issues that could affect the project and provide solutions.Flexible, energetic, proactive, and willing to roll your sleeves up on multiple tasks.Has the ability to multi-task and work well as a member of the team.Can do attitude and help others when needed.The Ideal Candidate:Highly organized.
