This is a fixed term role, available now through until 30 June 2026 (approx. 17 months)This role isn't just about project management - it's about transforming how we work. You'll play a key role in:Rolling out Microsoft 365 tools like Teams, SharePoint, and Power Automate.Creating training programs that empower staff to use new tools confidently.Collaborating with teams to enhance our digital capabilities.Driving user adoption and leading change management to foster a culture of innovation.Your responsibilities will include:Developing and managing project plans, timelines, and resources.Supporting technical teams during configuration and deployment.Ensuring smooth system integration and data migration.Driving workshops and training sessions to inspire digital adoption.About YouTo succeed in this role, you'll bring:5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on digital transformation.Expertise in Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate).Proven experience in leading change management initiatives.A knack for translating technical requirements into actionable plans.You'll thrive if you're:A problem solver who excels at overcoming challenges.A natural communicator who can inspire and engage diverse stakeholders.A strategic thinker who can connect the dots to deliver results.Passionate about driving digital innovation and empowering teams.What can we offer you?There are many great things about working at MPDC, but the top reason our staff mention time and time again is the people.
