The Opportunity: Working across all aspects of land development, the Project Manager - Delivery, will play a crucial role in ensuring our residential development projects run smoothly and are delivered successfully. Some of your key duties will include: Manage day-to-day activities on-site. Contractor procurement and engagement Management of sub-contractors, including reviewing and processing contractor claims Manage the preparation of consent compliance applications and associated territorial/regional authority approval processes, and application for certificate of title Manage quality assurance processes in accordance with company systems and compliance with territorial/regional authority consents, including risk management Plan, prepare and update the construction program Collaboration with design teams and consultants Promote and adhere to Health and Safety regulations, policies and procedures Report and identify on risk, efficiencies on-site, and cost to ensure the company's targets are achieved About you: We are looking for a Project Manager or Project Engineer that has experience preparing and delivering residential and/or commercial land development projects on-site here in New Zealand. Other requirements include: A relevant qualification in Civil Engineer, land surveying, or similar is desired. Strong planning and programming skills Excellent people management and stakeholder communication skills An understanding of the design elements to cost engineer projects This role requires you to be on-site and travel throughout the wider Wellington region A good understanding of the land development process. Have a working knowledge of NZS3910, 3915 & 3916 Construction Contracts Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Project.
