Project Manager - Consultancy

This project management consultancy is seeing a positive swing in the level of work coming through and more confidence building for 2025. They have long-term key government clients as well as other prominent commercial clients. They are well-structured and tailor individual professional development utilizing their significant and broad in-house technical expertise. Their workplace approach is a high trust model offering flexible working hours including a mix of WFH and office-based to suit.

As a project manager, you will need to come from a construction consultancy background with at least 3-5 years' experience. A tertiary qualification in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Building Science, or Engineering is essential.

You will need to be able to:
Establish the project through appointing consultants, producing feasibility studies, monitoring all statutory processes, and advising on procurement options.Project manage the construction phase, having responsibility for QA/risk, financial reporting, budget management, programming, defects list, remedial works, and various project reports. Salary between $110K and $120K + access to ongoing professional development.
