The Role 

You will be working within a busy team and tasked with delivering your client's projects within the Commercial, Education, Health and other verticle construction sectors through the full project lifecycle from design, feasibility, Procurement and contractual management of the physical delivery.

Our client is a New Zealand-owned and operated consultancy firm focused on building a long-standing partnership with their client to deliver and range of projects across the construction market. They provide specialist knowledge and insight across the Commercial, Education, Airport and various other sectors and are known for the friendly and engaged team culture they have. 

The Ideal Candidate 

- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal, able to build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong understanding of NZS:3910/3916 and NZ construction standards
- Minimum 3+ years experience within the verticle construction space for a consultancy. 
- Excellent Organisational skills and approach to clients' needs a
- Strong commercial acumen, able to identify cost-saving solutions
