Due to staff relocation, we are seeking a Project Manager to join our Alexandra based team.
This is a dynamic role with numerous projects throughout Central Otago.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow skills in project management from estimation to completion and would suit a person looking for the next stage in their career.
The job As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating people and processes to ensure that work is delivered on time and to budget without compromising quality.
You'll be capable of running multiple projects at a time and will be the go-to person for everything involving each project's organization and timeline.
What you'll need to succeed An analytical and logical approach to organizing and carrying out your work Good oral and written communication skills Personal drive, initiative, and a natural curiosity to understand and solve problems Strong understanding of the H&S at Work Act Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings and good numeracy Ability to work as part of a team, but confident when working independently and unsupervised Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite, including MS Project) and ability to learn new technology quickly Ability to build relationships both internally and externally with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients alike Hold a current NZ driver's license.
