Project Manager - Clientside

Company Redpath Partners are working in collaboration with a locally owned Client-side Project Management Consultancy who are experiencing significant growth. With ongoing project demands across a mixture of project typologies, along with outstanding client relationships comes the need for a Project Manager to join the project delivery team. This role is responsible for overseeing and delivering key projects across this Consultancies development portfolio. Role Involved from initial concept through to project completion you will represent the best interests of a variety of clients across varying sectors. The responsibilities of the role will include: Overseeing all project activities, throughout complete project life-cycle Identifying project scope, goals and deliverables Programme and Cost Management Procurement and overseeing the tender process Excellent communication with all stakeholders, building essential relationships Design Management including and managing the complete consent process Manage external consultants optimising best practice and construction delivery Requirements Suitable candidates will have the following experience: Experience working for a Project Management Consultancy in NZ or AUS (Delivering vertical construction) Commercial, industrial, fit-out and residential experience is preferred High level of communication skills, proven collaborative ability with demonstrated skills in leading negotiations with multiple stakeholders Proven track record in Project Management overseeing projects throughout the complete project life cycle Strong knowledge of NZ Building Standards and the tendering process Benefits: Competitive salary depending on ability and experience Established leadership team, diverse range of experience Dedicated support team to assist you directly with admin, all tools required to thrive in the role Strong pipeline of future work, secure long-term opportunity Challenging and complex projects to add to your project portfolio.
