Project Manager Civil Drainage

Seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Project Manager/Engineer with experience in the Civil Construction industry.Our company specializes in Civil Drainage.This role is supported by our other Project Managers who are focused on operational delivery of projects. There is also a team of experienced foremen who run our talented drainage crews installing Watermains, Pump stations, SW and WW systems to name a few.Our range of civil construction services include:Infrastructure pipelaying (sewer, stormwater and water reticulation)Polyethylene and Electrofusion weldingSub-divisionsSubcontractor managementCivil earthworksDrainage and site works for commercial developmentsDewatering and trench shoringPump stationsThis role is based in Whakatane, working on projects across the Eastern Bay of Plenty.A key requirement of the role is to be able to accurately price and tender projects. To do this you will need experience in tendering, NZ3910 and also have some practical knowledge in Civil Drainage.An ability to support our other project managers by getting out of the office is also required and taking on some project delivery is all part of a day's work.In a nutshell you will require:Proven experience in a project management role, ideally with experience overseeing 3 Waters projectsRelevant tertiary qualification in engineering, construction or drainlayingGood understanding of the practical aspects of 3 Waters i.e. materials, methodology, plant.Experience in pricing and submitting tenders with weighted attributes.When you join this team you will earn a competitive salary and benefits package including private use of a company double cab ute.Please click 'Apply' below if the above sounds like your next role, or give Franz a call for further information and a confidential chat.
