Your duties will also include:Overseeing cost control management, including budget set up, ensuring your finger is on the pulse at all timesDeveloping a range of programmes in collaboration with site teams, subcontractors and consultantsAlongside the project team, take an active role in managing procurement and contract managementBuilding a collaborative environment with the client, consulants, subcontractors and colleaguesProactively contribute to the health & safety strategies on site ensuring safety is a high priorityAbout You:You will have excellent commercial construction knowledge, be an action orientated individual that will add value and continuously strive for the best!
