This role will see you get involved with project financial planning/project set up, working with project and site managers to understand construction methodologies, tender management, managing subcontractors claims, managing and processing variations, final account work in terms of cost reporting and reconciliations. Client engagement, site visits and HSE are all part of this role.Skills & ExperienceThis role would suit an applicant with at least 4 - 8 years of commercial main contractor experience, including any design and build experience, and with relevant tertiary qualifications. You possess great sub-contractor relationship development and management skills. You enjoy driving profitability on jobs, and have a sharp eye for identifying any variations. Your contractual knowledge is sound and can point to relevant legislation. You are a team player and are able to add value as a team member through your individuality. Strong Healthcare project experience is a requirement.
