The job As a Project Manager for Breen Homes, you'll be responsible for coordinating people and processes to ensure that work is delivered on time and to budget without compromising quality.
You'll have amazing client relationship skills and be the go-to person for everything involving each project's organization and timeline.
What you'll need to succeed A minimum of 5 years previous experience in construction with direct experience in residential project management Ability to build relationships both internally and externally with suppliers, subcontractors and clients alike An analytical and logical approach to organizing and carrying out your work Personal drive, initiative and a natural curiosity to understand and solve problems Strong understanding of H&S at Work Act Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings and good numeracy Ability to work as part of a team, but confident when working independently and unsupervised Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite, including MS Project) and able to learn new technology quickly We offer you Flexibility to be based at either our Cromwell, Alexandra or Wanaka locations A great supportive team within a company that has a genuinely people-focused culture We will invest in your growth, value your contribution and nurture your personal and professional development Competitive remuneration package Health insurance and service bonuses Regular company functions and social events, including an active social club If this sounds like the opportunity for you, submit your CV along with your cover letter by Monday 12 August 2024.
