This individual will play a key role in managing client relationships, driving project success, and identifying opportunities for business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, an outgoing personality, and strong organizational skills to keep track of projects, follow up on leads, and advocate for customers.
NO COLD CALLINGKey Responsibilities:Manage and oversee client accounts, ensuring the success of ongoing projects.Analyze client sales data and address declining trends with tailored solutions.Serve as a customer advocate, building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships.Follow up on warm leads and nurture potential opportunities from a provided customer list.Develop and execute strategies to drive new business and achieve sales targets.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities.Qualifications:Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing personality.Account management or a similar role desired but not required.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies.Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset.
