We're on the hunt for a dynamic Project Manager – Innovation and Design to join our Business Growth and Design (BGD) team. This pivotal role will see you leading innovative projects within health, social services, and housing that align with our strategic goals. You'll not only design and deliver impactful solutions but also establish a uniquely TToH project management approach, strengthening our in-house capabilities.
What You'll Do: Co-design and implement innovative service solutions that empower whanau to achieve their aspirations.Formalise and enhance our organisational project management function.Build and sustain in-house project management expertise.Provide expert advice and hands-on leadership in planning and delivering transformative projects.What We're Looking For: We need someone who is passionate, driven, and deeply aligned with kaupapa Maori values and Tikanga Maori. You'll bring fresh energy, exceptional leadership, and a commitment to taking our project delivery to the next level.
