About the role We are looking for an experienced Project Management Office (PMO) Manager to join our Corporate and Market Services group in a newly established position. This is an enticing opportunity to work with senior leadership and key teams to develop enhanced multi-year portfolio planning and strategic delivery across the Authority. Your efforts ensure that long-term strategic goals are met through coordinated project initiatives. A key aspect of this role is providing cross-organisational leadership, offering guidance on best practices in planning and project delivery. Our ideal candidate will bring: a minimum of five years of experience in project management. a proven track record in leading PMO functions, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE 2 etc.) the ability to manage and work through issues that involve ambiguity and complexity. excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. a proven ability to deliver and embed change in a range of environments with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders. The starting salary range for this role is $162,391 to $191,056, and we're open to negotiating higher for the right candidate based on your skills and experience.
