You will lead a team of project managers, guiding them through the planning, design, procurement, and delivery of projects that align with Council's objectives. A full NZ Driver's Licence is required.Leadership and Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in leading a team to deliver on a range of projects, with strong knowledge of local government legislation, policies, and procedures. You will be skilled in stakeholder engagement, project planning, and risk management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: The ability to think critically and understand the strategic context of Council's priorities, driving projects that align with these goals.
