Mo tenei turanga mahi About the roleAs a Project Leader, you will provide operational input into the smooth running of electoral events such as General Elections, by-elections, and national referenda.Your role is vital in enabling the Commission to deliver high-quality, compliant, and efficient electoral events that meet national standards.You will contribute to the Electoral Commission's vision of a healthy democracy by contributing to the long-term strategic direction of the Commission.This is a Grade 15 role with a salary band of $75,377 - $83,752.Key Responsibilities:Contribute to the continuous improvement of services to voters by designing and implementing solutions that are fit for purpose.Undertake and contribute to projects and tasks from concept through to completion.Identify issues and help determine business needs and requirements.Design, develop, test, and implement solutions, ensuring all statutory and administrative requirements are considered.Support and monitor the delivery of voting services to New Zealanders.Mohou ake About youYou have a can-do attitude and experience in the project management space.
