About the role The Project Lead is responsible for managing our data and paper transformation projects end-to-end, including project startup, testing, delivery, project closure and reporting. You will be confident in supervising others, ensuring they are delivering well and following our company policies. This role is key to ensuring the Operations team produces profitable, high-quality work. You will identify and escalate issues early in the production process if this cannot be achieved or is at risk. You will be agile in your thinking and be able to quickly adapt to changing priorities. You will be comfortable analysing data to identify opportunities to improve productivity and process efficiencies and be proactive and confident in leading improvement initiatives across the wider team. Skills and experience We are looking for people with the following skills and experience: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer relationship management skills, including complaint resolution. Experience supervising/leading/mentoring others to deliver excellent results. Excellent time management skills including the ability to plan and multitask. Analytical skills to identify opportunities to improve workflows. Problem solving and issue resolution skills.
