You will be responsible for administrating and coordinating equity ownership among employees and investors.
This will include facilitating equity transactions and ensuring compliance with internal policies and shareholder deeds while providing exceptional service to the organisation and its Shareholders.

The Role Partner with the Finance and Operations teams in the rollout of the Employee Share Scheme, from sending and collating legal documentation to populating an accurate employee database from the uptake of employees.
Maintain accurate records of equity transactions, loan-funded share scheme records, and other relevant documentation related to equity ownership.
Work closely with Payroll on accurately maintaining details of those opting out/in Assisting with the issuance, transfer, and ownership of company shares among employees and investors, especially as part of the share trading windows.
Provide information to the investor centre Assisting with the reviews of Dividend payments and share transaction payments and receipts from the sales and purchasing of shares.
Serving as a point of contact for shareholders, addressing inquiries, and providing information about the scheme Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including the preparation and filing of requirements for Inland Revenue.
Identify opportunities to streamline equity administration processes, enhance compliance practices, and improve overall efficiency in managing equity ownership.
Work with the Finance Team to complete other tasks as allocated as and when required.
About You Fluent in Microsoft Office applications including Excel Knowledge of Share schemes, share registers and dealing with large volumes of transactions (Not Essential) Strong experience in bulk management of documents to large numbers of recipients using the likes of DocuSign, mail merging functionality Display exceptional organisational skills Excellent time management and adherence to deadlines Process-driven with keen attention to detail and the ability to take direction Excellent oral and written communication skills Previous legal or accounting experience (are desirable but not essential) Experience working for a large corporate organisation Must have current NZ working rights Apply online today or by email; (email protected) Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?
