We are seeking Project Executive (Event Technology) to join us. In partnership with various institutions and leading corporate event agencies, we have successfully delivered some of Singapore's biggest and most high-profile hybrid events. Job Scope Support the project team in client/sales consultations, client pitches, and presentations
Assist in product development and prototyping processes
Provide support in project implementation, management, administration, and logistical tasks
Help prepare materials to showcase our solutions for curating experiences for attendees, speakers, and exhibitors
Attend meetings with potential and existing clients alongside senior team members
Assist in collaborating with internal and external technical hardware, software, and design experts
Support communication between developers and project managers to ensure contracted requirements and product specifications are executed on time
Contribute to ongoing research, analysis, and monitoring of market trends
Assist in the delivery and execution of events using in-house products, ensuring consistency in service deliverables and user experiences
Job Requirements A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, Communications, Engineering or a relevant discipline
Basic understanding of project management principles and stakeholder collaboration (internal and external)
Ability to support the development of external partnerships and assist in vendor management
Good analytical and problem-solving skills – willing to learn and take on various tasks as needed
Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Able to work well under pressure and eager to learn about marketplace needs and challenges
Capacity to assist with multiple projects simultaneously
Responsive to team direction and attentive to clients' needs
Motivated with a desire to learn and grow in an entrepreneurial environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
