About the job We're looking for a Project Engineering Manager, who brings strong multi discipline engineering knowledge along with understanding and proven experience delivering end to end projects. Ideally you will be based in Auckland,however for the right person we are open to other locations within New Zealand.

What you'll do Provide technical leadership to our engineering and design team, ensuring they have the resources and support to deliver consistent and cost effective engineering solutions to our client.Ability to clearly define and resolve engineering issues will be at the forefront as you work closely with our Project Delivery Team.Assume hands-on management and implementation of all relevant company HSE requirements. Drive Safe and Sustainable engineering outcomes throughout the asset lifecycle.Own the engineering plan and project scope/cost/time requirements by coordinating the disciplines to ensure project success.Help to drive a culture of 'doing it right first time' and delivering practical engineering solutions.Ensure team member adherence to generally accepted engineering and design practices, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.Embed Digital tools and systems in delivery of engineering scope of work on projects.What you'll have You will have an engineering degree and will have worked your way up through your discipline to ultimately have led multi-discipline engineering projects.Brownfield experience is essential, and you will not be afraid to get into the detail of all engineering disciplines.You will have a solid track record in presenting 'best for business' solutions and will be confident in developing meaningful and valued relationships with customers, business partners and the wider Worley group.Most importantly, you thrive on not only leading a successful team, but supporting, mentoring and motivating them too.Why you should apply We offer a highly competitive employment package.Flexible working conditions.Paid parental leave program.Ability to purchase additional leave.Supported by both a local and globally connected team.Opportunity to work on a variety of diverse and exciting projects as we transition to a more sustainable world.Moving forward together At Worley we want our people to be energised and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
