About the job We're looking for a Project Engineering Manager to join our Auckland team.

What you'll do Provide technical leadership to our engineering and design team, ensuring they have the resources and support to deliver consistent and cost-effective engineering solutions to our clients. Ability to clearly define and resolve engineering issues will be at the forefront as you work closely with our Project Delivery Team. Assume hands-on management and implementation of all relevant company HSE requirements. Drive Safe and Sustainable engineering outcomes throughout the asset lifecycle. Own the engineering plan and project scope/cost/time requirements by coordinating the disciplines to ensure project success. Help to drive a culture of 'doing it right first time' and delivering practical engineering solutions. Ensure team member adherence to generally accepted engineering and design practices, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications. Embed Digital tools and systems in delivery of engineering scope of work on projects. What you'll have You will have an engineering degree and will have worked your way up through your discipline to ultimately have led multi-discipline engineering projects. Brownfield experience is essential, and you will not be afraid to get into the detail of all engineering disciplines. You will have a solid track record in presenting 'best for business' solutions and will be confident in developing meaningful and valued relationships with customers, business partners and the wider Worley group.
