The successful candidate will manage their team effectively while providing technical guidance and advice to support the successful delivery of the project. You'll be joining the Christchurch team and join a large scale project in the Canterbury region. To be a successful candidate you'll: * Have 2-3 years experience and an engineering diploma or degree, * Have a clean Class 1 driver's licence * Be able to showcase strong leadership and communication skills to lead a team and drive a supportive work culture, * Be able to meet customer and client expectations, * Have excellent time management and organisational skills.
