We specialise in automation solutions for manufacturing facilities and packhouses.Day to day you will be hands-on, working closely with our installation project managers, suppliers, engineering team, and sales to deliver customer-focused automation solutions.What are the responsibilities:Sales level design of automation solutions including machinery integration, conveying, and site layouts.Procuring parts and assisting with job costing.Visiting customer sites for initial measure-ups/scoping.Coordinating suppliers and the automation team to deliver projects on time and on budget.Providing input for the Installation Project Manager.Hands-on help to build, install, and commission equipment.Ideally you will have:Degree / Qualification in Industrial Electrical, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or another related field with at least 5 years in a similar role.Knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, programming, and machine safety knowledge.Experience running a team including internal staff and external contractors.Experience building, installing, and commissioning automation equipment.Our roots derive from supplying practical packaging and automation solutions in a range of primary and manufacturing sectors in NZ and Australia.
