You won't be pigeon holed in this role and you won't be stuck behind a desk. You will take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will work alongside a highly qualified, talented, dynamic and passionate team, ensuring all project objectives are met. Please note, this role is full-time and permanent.
About the role Build strong & open relationships with clients, sub-contractors & suppliers, ensuring future relationshipsMonitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure that deadlines are metIdentify and manage project risks and issuesEnsure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standardsCommunicate project status to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and project team membersProvide technical guidance and support to project team membersEnsure that all project documentation is complete and up-to-dateParticipate in project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvementAbout you: Be well versed in civil and mechanical construction and familiar with all site activitiesUnderstand the A-Z of project deliveryBachelor's degree in engineering or a related fieldIdeally a minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering or a related roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience with project management software and toolsThe ability to travel and work effectively on sites away from the officePassionate about delivering top notch service to clients while having fun along the wayDoes this sound like you?
