You will guide your team through the entire lifecycle of a project—from the initial proposal phase to successful execution and closure. Your leadership will help shape the future of sustainable energy solutions and play a critical role in creating a cleaner, greener New Zealand.Key Responsibilities:Lead change initiatives and nurture a collaborative team culture. Provide mentorship to project managers to support their growth and ensure high performance.Develop detailed project plans aligned with our strategic vision. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and success criteria.Oversee project budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Uphold a strong commitment to health and safety, ensuring compliance with New Zealand's regulations and industry best practices.About you:You will be a visionary leader who thrives on the complexities and intricacies of project management and are an excellent communicator who excels in fostering collaboration among teams and individuals. Additionally, you will have:A bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.A minimum of 10 years' experience in project management within the infrastructure sector, with a proven track record of successfully managing large, complex projects.Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
