About the Team/Service/Location: The mission of the Infrastructure and Investment Group (IIG) is to provide safe, fit for purpose health facilities, sites and equipment that are essential for a well-functioning health system.
About You: Experienced, confident, and astute Project Director with experience in delivering large commercial infrastructure projects.
Seasoned Project Director with experience at senior management level, excelling in leading large and complex programs across diverse sectors.
Demonstrated expertise in establishing robust processes for identifying, managing, and monitoring complex risks, with a particular focus on safety management and design.
Political nuance with an understanding of how issues play out and what is important to key stakeholders and the Government of the day.
Competency with te ao Maori, tikanga, and te reo Maori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth.
Experience in projects/initiatives which give effect to Te Tiriti principles and frameworks, and the application of Matauranga Maori and Kaupapa Maori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings.
