Role Purpose: As a Delivery Project Manager, you will oversee the development and testing teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects that meet our strategic goals. Your expertise in managing delivery pipelines, prioritizing tasks, and aligning resources will be crucial in achieving our business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Manage Development and Testing Delivery Process.Oversee the development and testing pipeline, aligning priorities, managing timeframes, and optimizing resource allocation.Facilitate coordination between business and technical stakeholders, including IT Directors, Solution Architects, Project Managers, Product Owners, and more.Ensure development and testing resources are effectively utilized, considering individual skill sets and personal development goals.Prepare technical designs and approaches, create Jira tickets, and manage the development-to-release lifecycle.Administer Delivery Tools and Processes.Manage Jira for prioritization, workflow tracking, and release planning.Ensure the delivery process is reflected accurately in workflows and issue types.Communicate Jira changes to users via the Jira User Community Team channel.Document technical and process knowledge in Confluence.Project Delivery.Lead the delivery of assigned projects, managing timelines, stakeholders, and budgets.Handle a variety of projects, including new provider setups, legacy system migrations, platform upgrades, and new feature implementations.Health & Safety Compliance.Ensure adherence to health and safety policies to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.Relationship & Key Stakeholders: Internal: Engineering development and test teams, IT Directors (NZ and Australia), Solution Architects, Product Leads, Application Support team, Infrastructure team, and various business stakeholders.External: Vendors and application partners.Person Specifications: Qualifications: Agile Scrum certification.Experience: At least 5 years as a Senior Project Manager / Delivery Lead in software/application/technology delivery roles.Skills.Proven experience managing multiple initiatives and projects in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft applications.Strong communication skills, capable of fostering effective communication and decision-making.Personal Attributes: Problem solver, able to bring structure to ambiguity, energized by a fast-paced environment, and a team player and builder.Why Join Us?
