The Business Services Team is part of Digital, within the Ministry of Justice. We are responsible for digital services that are unique to specific MOJ business units.

Our dynamic teams lead the service development, change, and support for the digital services which support our Courts and Tribunals.

We are looking for two Project Coordinators: One full-time, permanent role, initially supporting a large transformation project with the Digital Justice Services team of Business Services. Fixed term for 8 months within the Court Audio Visual team, supporting projects to enhance the remote participation capability of the Justice system and the development of a better business case. Our Project Coordinators work closely with Project Managers within Business Services to provide high-quality project coordination through support and planning to deliver a customer-centric service to the Ministry.

Key elements of these roles include: Financial management of projects through budgeting, forecasting, invoicing. Assist in the preparation of governance and project documentation. Contribute to project issue/risk management processes. Build and maintain effective relationships across digital and within the team. A team player who can think proactively and outside the box to provide efficient support to the team. A quick learner who is adaptable and able to think on your feet. Have a great attitude and enthusiasm for getting things done. An understanding and appreciation of cultural issues and concerns, in particular Tikanga Maori. Experience in project coordination or a similar paced role. Familiarity with financial systems and processes. Customer-focused with a proactive approach. Experience working in a complex dynamic environment. Prince 2 qualification desirable. Utu a-tau / Salary The appointing salary for this role will be between $68,050 and $94,348 depending on skills and experience.
