About the Team: At DOC, we are building our capability within our Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO). The team are the custodians of the project management frameworks, project management tool and manage the assurance of key documentation for projects and programmes. We have a significant number of projects and programmes underway at any one time across digital, business change, infrastructure and property projects. About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO). In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and management of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The position will be focused on: Working with project managers to create project plans and schedules Organising meetings, taking minutes, and communicating with stakeholders such as contractors, vendors, and clients Aiding in the tracking and reporting of project budgets and procurement activities, including managing invoices Keeping project documentation up to date and ensuring regulatory compliance Assisting in problem-solving and addressing project-related risks and issues as they emerge Skills and Experience: If you have the following skills and experience, we are keen to hear from you: Proven experience in project coordination within the property sector is a must. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously and support multiple projects. Proven experience in drafting project status reports, task tracking and scheduling. Strong attention to detail and drive to deliver results. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Desired: Experience working with or understanding of Agile project methodologies. Qualifications in relevant project methodologies, e.g. PRINCE2 or CAPM. What's in it for You? The salary range for this position is $68,535 to $86,423 with the starting salary of the successful applicant being based on their relevant skills and experience.
