Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our client's project. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements, analyze future state business processes, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating business needs into actionable insights and solutions.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.Conduct detailed analysis of business operations and identify areas for improvement.Document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and business processes.Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather insights and drive consensus among stakeholders.Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications.Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support data-driven decisions.Participate in the testing process to ensure solutions meet business needs.Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for business systems.Key Requirements:Strong documentation experience around future state processes and procedures.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in business process modeling, data analysis, and requirements documentation.Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).Proficient in using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).Strong understanding of IT systems and how they align with business processes.If this sounds like you, apply now!
