Six-month full-time fixed term opportunity based at National Office in Wellington Nga kawenga | About the role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our construction project managers in overseeing various construction projects within the Department of Corrections Asset Management Team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulations and standards. As the Project Coordinator, you'll support project managers in planning, executing, and finalising construction projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and stay within budget. You'll coordinate schedules, manage resources, and facilitate communication among contractors, architects, and internal departments. Your duties include maintaining project documentation, monitoring progress, and providing updates to project managers. Additionally, you'll participate in meetings, helping to prepare agendas and document key discussions. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
