Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator for a part time temporary position, commencing ASAP until 31st October 2024. The hourly rate for this temporary role is $55.00 per hour to the candidate.As part of a close-knit team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the director and wider team.Job Details:Temporary assignment commencing ASAP until 31st OctoberPart time, 15 hours across 4 – 5 days a week. Ideal hours would be 9am – midday$55.00 per hourCBD locationYour Key Responsibilities:Managing emails and providing general administrative support to the team as neededOrganising meetings, travel and other logistical requirementsTracking budgets and updating project spreadsheetsSkills and Attributes Required:Minimum 2-3 years Project Coordination experienceKnowledge of office procedures and technology including the MS SuiteStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with a wide range of peopleExcellent attention to detailProactive person who uses their initiativeWillingness to learn and work in a flexible environmentMust have eligibility to work in New Zealand, and be available immediately, or within a 5 days' notice periodThis role requires someone who is highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
