We are working together with local iwi and partners to create a positive legacy for the region while we build a new, safer, efficient, and more reliable State Highway 1 from Otaki to north of Levin.We are now seeking a polished Project Coordinator to support the Project Director - National System Design to successfully deliver our Otaki to north of Levin project (O2NL) to time, cost, and quality parameters.
You will be an integral member of the project team, displaying strong collaborative skills and contributing to both our team's success and the future goals of NZTA-Waka Kotahi.This role will provide project support to our team who engage with and work in partnership with project stakeholders.
This will include attending meetings, record keeping, and reporting along with supporting the team in the delivery of initiatives, as a part of a varied and dynamic programme.About you | Ko koe teneiWe're looking for team members who are as passionate, collaborative, and motivated by the work as we are!We're keen to meet with Project Coordinators who bring:Proven experience working as a project administratorProven experience in effectively engaging with internal and external stakeholdersAn understanding of project management methodologies and frameworksAn understanding of risk management and assurance controls and associated project and programme reporting and quality standards and project lifecycle processesExperience in helping establish and facilitate effective Governance committees to ensure well-formed decisions are made in a timely fashionExperience in reviewing key documentation and working with teams to deliver quality outputsExperience with project management information systems (preferably with Planview) desirableExceptional organisational skills, including multitasking, time-management, and strong ability to prioritise and manage workloadsExceptional verbal, written, presentation, facilitation, financial management, and report writing skillsQualificationsA recognized project management professional qualification i.e.
